ON HARDSTAND IN PERTH UNTIL 5/7/2024 - VIEW BY APPOINTMENT
This late model Leeder 1200 was fitted out and launched by the current owner in 1994. The fit out is very well considered by the owner, whose engineering and previous boat fit out experience is very evident on close inspection. This Leeder 38(1200) is presented to a very high standard. The Cummins 6BTA engines had a full service 20 hours ago including heat exchangers, aftercoolers and anodes. New Turbochargers and exhaust elbows fitted 3 years ago. The 7KVA Onan has done 700 hours and was also recently serviced. Including the sea water pump and heat exchanger. This vessel has reverse cycle airconditioning to all cabin areas. The galley is exceptionaly large for a boat of this size. The bathroom is accesable from the master cabin and the guest cabin. All mattresses were made by Mr Mattress and are like new and very comfortable. Kerrie Ann will cruise comforatbly at between 18 and 22 knots. Antifouled polished and prop speed being applied now in July 2024. Clears replaced in 2021. Single lever engine controls are fitted in the cockpit for close quarters manoevering.

Remarks
I had the pleasure of sea trialling the very first of these vessels with Jay Piesse the founder of Leeder boats in the 1980's. It performed very well and compared favourably with the outstanding performers of the time Randells and Bertrams. This vessel would arguably be one of the best ever produced, kept well and it shows. Call to arrange inspection as the vessel is currently moored on a private jetty
